Hula Hoop Classes
Ready to try something new?
Join Olivia Flows Hula Hooping for a fun and energizing 4-week course designed for adults of all skill levels — whether you're a total beginner or ready to level up your hoop game!
Location: Victoria Park (12030 River Valley Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T5K 1L4)
Cost: $100 for the full 4-week session
Hula hoops are provided, and available for purchase if you'd like one of your own!
Monday Evening Classes
Dates: September 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th, 2025.
Beginner: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Intermediate: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
What you’ll gain from the course:
- Get comfortable with both on-body and off-body hooping and tricks
- Build core strength, balance, and coordination
- Learn essential terminology to support your hoop journey
- Develop new tricks and build on existing skills
- Enjoy plenty of laughs in a fun, nonjudgmental space
Whether you're picking up a hoop for the first time or polishing your flow, this class is all about movement, expression, and joy!
