Ready to try something new or improve your current hula hoop skills? 

 

Join Olivia Flows Hula Hooping for a fun and energizing 5-week course designed for adults of all skill levels — whether you're a total beginner or ready to level up your hoop game!

 

Location: Delwood Elementary School in the gym (7315 Delwood Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T5C 3A9)

 

Cost: $125 for the full 5-week session

 

Hula hoops are provided, and available for purchase if you'd like one of your own!

 

Thursday Evening Classes Dates:

January 8th, January 15th, January 22nd, February 5th and February 12th, 2026!

 

Class time: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

 

 

What you’ll gain from the course:

- Get comfortable with both on-body and off-body hooping and tricks 

- Build core strength, balance, and coordination

- Learn essential terminology to support your hoop journey

- Develop new tricks and build on existing skills

- Enjoy plenty of laughs in a fun, nonjudgmental space

 

Whether you're picking up a hoop for the first time or polishing your flow, this class is all about movement, expression, and joy!
