Join me at Victoria Park this summer for adult (14+) Beginner & Intermediate Hula Hoop Classes! Whether you’re brand new to hooping or looking to level up your tricks, these classes are designed to help you build confidence, coordination, flow, and have fun

Mondays — June 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29, 2026
Cost: $160 for 5-weeks
Beginner Class
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Perfect for learning foundational tricks, movement, and flow!
Beginner choreography class
7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
For hoopers ready to explore connecting moves and
finding their hoop dance flow
Wednesdays — June 3, 10, 17, 24, 2026
Cost: $130 for 4-weeks
Intermediate Class
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Intermediate Choreography Class
